Welcome to the Sonning Common Primary School, we are delighted that your child has a place to start with us in September 2026.  Our reception (early years foundation stage) class are known as Kites.  You will have lots of questions for us, especially if this is your first child to start primary school, so we have a handy booklet with lots of information in it:

You and your child will also be invited to an afternoon in early July, where your child will be able to explore their new classroom and meet their new teacher and the teaching assistants in Kites.
