Last week 37 children from our KS2 choir and 7 adults travelled to Birmingham to sing at the Young Voices concert. The choir had spent the last term practising the songs from sea shanties to disco favourites. We were fortunate to have seats very close to the stage, giving us a brilliant view of performances by professional singers and dancers Connie Talbot and Urban Strides. Everyone loved taking part in the event, joining a huge choir made up of 5,755 primary school children from across the UK.
