We continue our initiative called ‘Big Thank You’.  We know all our staff are dedicated but it is nice to acknowledge and reward people that have gone above and beyond the expectations of their role.  Each month all SCPS staff are able to nominate a colleague and winners are then picked at random and receive a thank you reward.

Last month during half term a small group of staff came in and  prepared, painted and decorated our staff room.  It looks amazing and is now a pleasant place to work!  Thank you to Miss Phillips, Mrs Lowe, Miss Pines and Miss Snowden who worked really hard all week. Thanks also to Mrs Steele who got us the vouchers for paint from Valspar and to Mr Parry who generously made a donation on his retirement to be spent on staff well-being. It was his generosity which started us planning to improve the staff room. Thank you to the Well-Being Committee who supported the project and to Mr Simic who helped dispose of unwanted clutter.
