The whole school gathered under the canopy for a final assembly yesterday to celebrate everyone who won trophies and Headteacher’s Awards. We waved goodbye and good luck to Miss Lunnon, who is going to teach at a school in Sutton Courtenay; Mrs Meredith, who is retiring after 35 years of working at SCPS; Madame Baillie, who is starting a teacher training course; Mrs Ash, who is not coming back after her maternity leave; and Mr Sayer, who will be travelling the world.

We also bid a fond farewell to our Year 6 leavers and wish them all the best in their new secondary schools.

Finally we hope you have a lovely summer and we’ll see you back at school on Wednesday 3^rd September.
