The PTA hope you will come to their first in person event of the year, the Colour Run on Saturday 25th September from 3pm – 6pm!

If you would like to join us, we will be selling tickets after school on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Fridays at the Uniform Shop and under the tree in KS2 playground.

Tickets are just £5 for four one mile ‘races’ – participate in as many races as you want; walking is perfectly acceptable! Small children in buggies are also welcome. Spectators and paint throwers on the side-lines are free. At 3.15pm before the first race (3.30pm), our favourite dance teacher and parent Valentina will take participants through our fun warm up dance session !

The event will be on the school field and we will have a cash bar and BBQ running throughout. We will be selling some colourful sunglasses for £2 each and you will also be able to purchase a bag of ‘colour’ to throw at all the runners for £1.50 each (we just ask that you do not throw it in people’s faces). Feel free to adorn your brightest 80s fancy dress items (leg warmers, tutus, etc.) and if you’re running, gym wear is great (and don’t worry the paint does wash out!)

It’s set to be a fantastic afternoon, with music, plenty to eat and drink and of course, lots of colour! So even if you don’t fancy running or walking, please come along, buy some paint and join in the fun. Please help out by offering to help out throw or sell paint, cook on the BBQ or run the bar – no experience necessary !
