We are preparing for the Colour Run this Saturday 28th September from 3pm – 6pm!  If you would like to join us but haven’t bought your tickets yet, Amy O’Connor will be selling them near the table tennis tables on Friday 27th Sept before and after school, and you can also purchase them on the day.  Tickets are just £5 for four one mile ‘races’ – participate in as many races as you want–and walking is perfectly acceptable! Small children in buggies are also welcome.

There will be a fun warm up session, held at 3.15pm before the first race at 3.30pm – look out for some familiar faces getting you ready to run !

The event itself will be on the school field and we will have a cash bar and BBQ running throughout.  We will be selling some colourful sunglasses for £2 each and also you will be able to purchase a bag of ‘colour’ to throw at all the runners for £1.50 each.  We just ask that you do not throw it in people’s faces!  Feel free to adorn your brightest 80s fancy dress items (leg warmers, tutus, etc.) and if you’re running, gym wear is obviously best.  The paint does wash out !

It’s set to be a fantastic afternoon, with music, plenty to eat and drink and of course, lots of colour!  So even if you don’t fancy running or walking, please come along, buy some paint and join in the fun!
