Dear parents & friends of the school,

Bidding has started on the PTA auction, with an amazing 40 lots you can bid anytime from now until the end of the School Fair on Saturday 1st July.

Money raised will be used to replace and update maths resources within the school.

Advance bidding closes on Friday 30th June at 21:00.

You can then bid in person at the summer fair (in person bidding closes at 14:45pm).

A huge thank you to all the very generous people and businesses who have kindly donated an item or service to help us raise money at the Summer Fair.

If you do use any of the local businesses/become aware of business through this Auction, please do tell the business as it would be great for them to know their support has helped our fundraising but also helped raise the profile of their business amongst the families of the school as well.

A few things to note ahead of bidding:
• Sonning Common Primary School PTA make no warranty or representation of any kind with respect to any items or services sold. Please look carefully at the item and the details before you bid.
• Please ensure we have your correct contact details: all winners will be contacted and they are expected to pay either by cash or BACS within a week. If you are not at the Fair on Saturday 1st July, once payment has been received, we will ensure we get the item to you.
• All sales are final and there will be no exchange or refund on any items. Please take note of the date when the item needs to be used within.
• You may place as many bids as you like on any lots but please ensure they are above the minimum amount specified.
• If you bid online this information will not be shared and will only be used to contact you if your bid is the winning amount.
• All items will go to the highest bidder. If you do not pay within a week, the item will be offered to the next highest bidder.
• Auction items can be bid on by anyone wishing to support the school.
