Well done everyone for getting through the heatwave this week, hopefully we will have some cooler weather next week. Here is what we are covering next week:

In Geography, we will be learning about the British islands and make a comparison to an island abroad.

In Science, we will order the lifecycle of a frog, and learn what a pet needs to survive.

In Art, we will create some art inspired by 3 different artists.

In PE, we will learn how to balance in different ways.

In Music, we will use instruments to create a seaside story.

Please wear PE kit on Mondays and Wednesdays. 

Hedgehogs have Forest Camp on Tuesday.

Year 2 are swimming on Wednesday.

Sports day is on Wednesday. Please wear t-shirt to represent your team.

The optional weekend challenge is to write the names of 5 seaside towns in the UK. Present in school for 3 team points!
