Our performance to the rest of the school was fantastic! We are really proud of all of the children and just know that it will be even better next week when they perform to you.
This week, we have finished off our ‘Materials’ topic in Science by thinking about recycling. We learnt about different ways that we can recycle and how we can ‘do our bit’ for the environment. We read ‘My Green Day’ by Melanie Walsh which shares ideas of how children can make more eco-friendly choices. Here are a few more websites for finding out more information.

If your child would like to recap on what we have learnt, have a look at the information and games on this page Uses of everyday materials – KS1 Science – BBC Bitesize
Next week, we will be enjoying Christmas by making decorations and decorating the classroom.
Have a great week!
