Welcome to Term 4. Your children are continuing to work hard this week especially with their writing and maths – well done all! We have also continued our World War Two studies with a lesson about the Blitz and the children are getting excited about the upcoming French plays.

Swimming has started with those in RS/RF class swimming for the first half of this term, before DF class get their chance in the second half of Term 4. As well as the usual swimming kit, the children will additionally need pyjama-like clothing as they will be doing life-saving skills.

Well done to all those who took part in the boys and girls football matches this week – I am sure you will see a full write up in the newsletter on Friday.

We are still in need of more shoe boxes, with this art project starting in the weeks when your child is swimming. Thank you for all the donations so far.

Finally, a timely reminder to keep pencil cases stocked up: especially with spare pencils and glue sticks.
