Year 2 had a great time celebrating red nose day. Next week is the final week of term with the run-up to Easter. Here is what we are covering:

In Maths, we will work on multiplying and dividing by 5.

In Literacy, we will write a character description of Kevin the Koala from our class book.

In Geography, we will create our own safari maps.

In Art, we will be making Easter cards.

Please wear PE kit on Mondays and Wednesdays. 

Hedgehogs have Forest Camp on Tuesday.

Year 2 are swimming on Wednesday.

I look forward to meeting with you at parent’s evenings on Tuesday and Thursday. I will see some if you in the classroom, and the rest of you will follow the teams link sent by the office.

On Thursday, some children will attend the football tournament with Mrs Bray.

On Friday, school ends at 1:15pm.

The optional weekend challenge is to choose a safari animal and draw/paint/collage a picture. Present in school for 3 team points!
