I hope everyone has enjoyed the past week. The children did amazing on their maths assessment and assessed write. Here is what we are covering next week:

In Literacy, we will look at describing a setting.

In Maths, we will begin our addition and subtraction unit.

In Science, we will investigate plants in different climates.

In Art, we will sketch an autumnal scene, linking to our Literacy work.

In PSHE, we will do our school council vote. 

Please wear PE kit on Monday and Wednesday.

On Tuesday, Hedgehogs have Forest Camp.

On Wednesday, Year 2 are swimming.

On Tuesday, the children have their individual photos

On Thursday, the disco is afterschool.

On Friday, we have the football fundraiser. Your child will either be playing in a football match or doing a KS1 dance-a-thon!

The optional weekend challenge is to write three facts about the Great Fire of London. Present in school for 3 team points!
