Hello!

This week in literacy we will be looking at a new book called ‘Clean up’. We will be getting to know the author, working on character descriptions and writing a book review.

In maths we will be revisiting multiplication and division to polish our skills and ensure all the children feel confident using different methods to support their individual progress.

In PSHE we are focusing on the children’s transition to year 3 and creating a safe space for them to ask questions, share concerns and to understand that they can support and rely on one another through this big change.

Miss Stone’s class will be swimming on Tuesday afternoon.

On Friday morning we will have Big DT – year 2 will be making fruit smoothies.
