Year 2 have enjoyed the new changes in the classroom and worked very hard to complete their assessed writing. Here is what we are covering next week:

In Maths, we use different scales to measure mass.

In Literacy, we will begin our poetry unit, focusing on Acrostic poems and Haikus.

In History, we will make collage portraits of monarchs.

In Science, we will conduct an experiment to save water.

In PSHE, we will learn the PANTS: NSPCC PANTS rule for private parts.

Please wear PE kit on Mondays and Wednesdays.

Owls have Forest Camp on Tuesday.

Year 2 are swimming on Wednesday.

On Tuesday, we have an assembly by blue cross pets.

On Thursday after school we have the KS1 bale sale. Please bring in any goodies on paper plates or in named Tupperware on Thursday morning.
