A huge well done to everyone in Year 2 for completing Term 5. Bring on our final term of Year 2!

In PE we will be learning a country dance.

In Maths we will be recapping shapes and symmetry.

In Literacy we will be learning and performing a poem.

In Geography we start our new tropic: The Seaside.

In Science we will be learning about animal offspring.

The optional challenge is to write a postcard to your teacher about what you did over the half term. Present in school for 3 team points!

Next term, we move onto Mrs Skidmore/Mdm Baillie’s class going to Forest Camp on a Thursday. Please can everyone has trousers and a long-sleeved top.

Miss Skidmore and Mdm Baillie’s class is swimming on Wednesday.

New spellings will go into their reading records.
