Hi everyone,

Last week, we enjoyed writing our own versions of The Hodgeheg story and had a lovely Sports Day. We also edited our Sports Day Newsround specials as part of our ICT project, we will be finishing those this week!

This week and next we will be completing our topics and creating zines for the current Year 2 children, telling them all about what to expect in Year 3.

Reminders

• Miss Stone’s class: Swimming – 7.7.26
• Miss Green’s class: Swimming – 14.7.26

Please can your child bring an extra bag on Tuesday 14.7.26 so they can take all of their belongings home.

It is going to be hot this week, so please make sure your child comes to school with sun cream already applied, a sun hat, and a named water bottle. Please also keep an eye on communications from the school office regarding the hot weather.
