Year 6 Update

This week, Year 6 have continued exploring the question: Should children own pets? They have carefully considered both sides of the argument and are producing some excellent, balanced pieces of writing. In PSHE, the children have explored a range of mindfulness activities and discussed how these strategies can help them to relax and manage their wellbeing.

Next Tuesday (10th), the children will be taking part in a rocket experiment (not real ones, thankfully!) led by local business Johnson Matthey. Thank you to everyone who has already sent in 1.5L and 2L plastic bottles. If you have any at home, we would be very grateful if you could send them in as soon as possible.
