SATs Preparation – Perhaps unsurprisingly, the first few weeks of term are being devoted to preparation for SATs week (w/b 12th May). This has predominantly taken place during morning sessions, however, to allow for a balanced curriculum.

VE Day – Next Thursday, 8th May, marks the 80th anniversary of VE Day. The school will be commemorating this occasion with a street party, bunting creation, and 1940s music.

Woodlands – Planning for the Year 6 residential is ongoing. Children will be sent home this afternoon with kit lists and health forms, followed by a parent information letter in due course.
