Literacy – Next week, the children will work on developing their non-fiction writing skills and will begin writing an information leaflet on World War Two.

Maths – Next week, Mr Foley’s maths group will consolidate their learning from the year so far. Mr Witcomb’s class will be working on perimeter, area, and volume. Both classes will continue with daily targeted arithmetic to address any weaknesses.

Science – Next week, the children will learn about current and voltage and will begin planning their own scientific investigations.

History – The children continue to enjoy learning about World War Two. Next week, they will learn more about the Holocaust and the life and diaries of Anne Frank.
