There is a clear feedback loop for the dissemination of information both from School Council to the School’s Senior Leadership Team and other staff, and back to School Council.  Please see the diagram below:

• Feedback will be provided from each School Council Meeting through minutes from the meetings and feedback from the link teacher.
• These notes will be fed back to the class by their School Council representatives on the same day as the SC meeting.  Five questions or issues will be put to the class, and their answers recorded.
• The answers and issues will be considered at the Monday evening Senior Leadership Team meeting.
• SLT will ensure that the issues are discussed as a standing agenda item at each Wednesday full staff meeting.
• The issues may form the basis of the next Friday curriculum focus group (which consists of different, varied groups of children).
• Any focus group issues will feed into the next week’s School Council meeting.
