Welcome to SCPS Forest School

Forest School at Sonning Common Primary gives children an opportunity to explore an outdoor, semi-wild natural environment on their own terms whilst under the supervision and guidance of a professionally trained leader and assistant. All Kites and Y1 children enjoy Forest School sessions and all our children who visit our Forest Camp are encouraged to understand and care for the natural world and its flora and fauna. Caroline Jones, our Forest School leader, gained Recognised Provider status from the Forest School Association. We are delighted to have this acknowledgement of our ongoing commitment to outdoor learning.
