Environment Committee

The Environment Committee comprises of staff, parent and community governors.  It meets very frequently throughout the year, according to the demands of specific issues which arise.   The Chair of this Committee reports to the governing body at full governors’ meetings.

Areas of responsibility include:  Health and Safety; Joint Integration; Swimming Pool; Residential and Educational Visits and Day Trips; Road Safety; Site Maintenance and Security; School Medical Procedures; Healthy Eating; and Energy.

This Committee feels it is of paramount importance to ensure safety standards are maintained to comply with the ever changing Health and Safety Laws.
